How Does Your Guarantee Work?

The 'No Info - Money Back' guarantee means if we are unable to provide you with a search report, you will receive a complete refund of your $19.95 search fee. “No Info – Money Back” simply means that after running the SSN and a blank page is returned with no information on it (no search report) your money will be refunded. 

When will I receive my search results?

You will receive your search results by email the same day or next business day depending on the time of day you place your order and order volume. That is our goal. If you do not receive your results by the second or third business day please contact customer service at custser@socialsecuritysearchusa.com. Your search results will be coming from that email address as well so please set your spam, junk mail and firewall filters to allow emails to be received by you from that email address.

What if a name other than the person I'm looking for is on my search report?

This would mean one of three things:  (1) that the person you are looking for is using an assumed name, (2) the SSN that you provided us with was incorrect, or (3) that some other person is using that SSN improperly.

What information will be contained in my search report?

Your search report will contain the most recent public records information reported.  This will include name, addresses and possible telephone numbers for the SSN you provided us with.

Do you search SSA and IRS records?

No we do not. We only search public records. SSA and IRS records are not public.
